Kruse Motors Chili Cook-Off Official Rules and Conditions:
Contestants will cook their chili prior to the event and transport it in a crock-pot style warmer.
Any Chili will be accepted for this Cook-Off, whatever “chili” is to you, it also is for us! Variety is encouraged!
Contestants will be asked to make 2-3 gallons of their chili, enough for the judges and anyone wanting to try a bowl!
Contestants will have to suppy their own COOKING utensils, serving bowls and eating utensils will be provided.
Conestants can bring any assortment of toppings/garnishes for their chili, but will have to pre cut and prep ingredients prior to event. (Examples include but not limited to cheese, cilantro, sour cream, chips/crackers.)
Contestants can arrive prior to the event starting and plug in their crock pots to be left on the “warm” setting until judging time.
Remaining chili will be available for anyone in attending.
Refreshments will be provided on site for any contestants and anyone attending!
Food ingredient labels will be provided to be conscious for any food allergies.
Free will donations will be collected on site and donated to a choice of local chairty/organization!

Prizes will be awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners decided by judges and the scores given to each chili. The prizes are as follows:
1st Place: $1000 in Accessory Allowance to either stores; or a $750 gift card
2nd Place: $750 in Accessory Allowance to either stores; or a $300 gift card
3rd Place: $250 in Accessory Allowance to either stores; or a $150 gift card
